unknown maker.. the case has a 'Bakelite' label and that pipe is a variant with a gilt band. In many cases these bands were removed in the belief they were real gold or silver ( in some they actually were) and therefore of value, whereas the pipe was not There are variants made in a translucent red material in this same pattern |
