ROPP usually associated with the rustic bark on look have opted for an all wood pipe but a plug in interchangeable bowl. The plug in is effected by a screw threaded in the base of the bowl which engages with a metal plug in the stem. A metal end cap enables cleaning of the pipe and a hollow type of stinger presumably helps cooling and trapping tars.
